Patrolman Orsino has been a Ross Police Officer since February 2002 and is assigned to the Patrol Division. Prior to coming to Ross, Michael worked for the South Londonderry Police Department in Lebanon County and the Irwin Police Department in Westmoreland County. Michael has an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and is currently working towards his Bachelor’s Degree. Patrolman Orsino enjoys exercising, reading, and music.
