Sergeant Ley has served with the Ross Police Department since 1990. As a Patrolman, Sgt. Ley was placed into the FTO Program as a Field Training Officer. Sgt Ley was assigned to the Detective Division in 1997 where he remained until his promotion to the rank of Sergeant in 2001. Prior to entering Law Enforcement, Sgt. Ley attended the University of Pittsburgh and worked as a Private Investigator. Sgt. Ley enjoys playing golf, ice hockey, and running marathons in his spare time.
