The Ross Police Association’s legal counsel is provided by the law firm of Lightman Welby Stoltenberg and Caputo. Attorney Eric C. Stoltenberg represents the Ross Township Police Association in grievance and labor issues as well as contract negotiations with the township.

Attorney Stoltenberg has been intensively trained in the field of labor arbitration under the tutelage of his father, the late Carl F. Stoltenberg. Attorney Stoltenberg practices before all Pennsylvania Courts and heads the Pittsburgh office of Lightman Welby Stoltenberg and Caputo.
